Ingredients
- 1 ounce PLANTERS® Cashew Infused Aged Rum; recipe follows
- 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
PLANTERS® Cashew Infused Rum
- 1 cup aged rum
- 3/4 cup PLANTERS® Cashews
Directions
- In ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine rum, whipping cream, coffee liqueur and orange liqueur. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with chocolate shavings.
PLANTERS® Cashew Infused Rum
- In glass container combine rum and cashews. Cover. Allow to stand 8 hours. Strain through a fine-meshed strainer.
