Ingredients

  • 1 ounce PLANTERS® Cashew Infused Aged Rum; recipe follows
  • 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

 

PLANTERS® Cashew Infused Rum

  • 1 cup aged rum
  • 3/4 cup PLANTERS® Cashews

Directions

  1. In ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine rum, whipping cream, coffee liqueur and orange liqueur. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.  Top with chocolate shavings.

PLANTERS® Cashew Infused Rum

  1. In glass container combine rum and cashews. Cover. Allow to stand 8 hours. Strain through a fine-meshed strainer.
