1 (8-ounce) bag corn puffs
1 cup PLANTERS® dry roasted peanuts
1 cup butter
1 fluid ounce packed brown sugar
½ cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F. In roasting pan, combine corn puffs and peanuts.

  2. In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda until mixture foams.

  4. Pour over corn puff mixture and toss well using rubber spatulas. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.

  5. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Break apart and store in an airtight container.
