| ⅓ | cup sesame seeds |
| 1 | cup coconut sugar |
| ¼ | cup honey |
| ¼ | cup unsalted butter |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 2 | teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions
In a medium saucepan add coconut sugar, honey, butter, salt and cinnamon. Whisk over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Toss nuts in a bowl with warm caramel mixture then return to the baking sheet to fully cool. Break into clusters and enjoy!
