24 clusters
 
1 cup PLANTERS® Deluxe Cashews
6 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
Pinch of flaky sea salt

Directions

  1. Line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with liners. Divide cashews among the prepared cups (about 4 cashews each).

  2. Place chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave on MEDIUM 1 minute. Stir. Continue microwaving on MEDIUM in 20 second intervals until melted, stopping to stir after each interval.

  3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon chocolate over each portion of cashews. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
