4 cups shredded napa cabbage
1½ cups shredded red cabbage
½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup julienned carrot
1 cup thinly sliced mango
¼ cup cilantro leaves
8 torn mint leaves
2 green onions, chopped
½ cup PLANTERS® Dry Roasted Peanuts, roughly chopped
Dressing
cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons honey
1½ tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1½ tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon water

Directions

For the Salad

  1. In a large bowl place Salad ingredients.

For the Dressing

  1. In bowl, whisk together Dressing ingredients. Drizzle over Salad. Toss to combine.
