4 cups rolled oats
1 (10.3-ounce) can PLANTERS® Salted Mixed Nuts
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ fluid ounce maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In large bowl, combine oats, nuts, salt and cinnamon. Stir to blend.

  3. Pour in oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well to coat. Spread mixture onto prepared sheet.

  4. Bake 20 to 24 minutes until lightly golden, stirring halfway. Let cool in pan. Top with the dried cranberries. Break granola into pieces.

  5. Store granola in an airtight container.
