		Ingredients
Salad
- 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
 - 1 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage
 - 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 cup julienned carrot
 - 1 cup thinly sliced mango
 - 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
 - 8 torn mint leaves
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - 1/2 cup PLANTERS® Dry Roasted Peanuts, roughly chopped
 
Dressing
- 1/3 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
 - 3 tablespoons honey
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 - 1 teaspoon sriracha
 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
 - 1 clove garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon water
 
Directions
- In a large bowl place Salad ingredients.
 - In bowl, whisk together Dressing ingredients. Drizzle over Salad. Toss to combine.
