Bring the magic of winter indoors with these gooey, crunchy S’mores Bars made with graham cereal, marshmallows, and PLANTERS® Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate Cashews.
Ready in just 30 minutes, they’re the perfect no-bake dessert for cozy nights or festive gatherings. Each bite delivers nostalgic campfire flavor with a nutty, chocolatey twist.
Ingredients
| 5 | tablespoons butter |
| 6½ | cups miniature marshmallows, divided |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 8 | cups sweetened graham cereal |
| ½ | cup milk chocolate chips |
| 1 | (5.5-ounce) bag PLANTERS® Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate Cashews, coarsely chopped and divided |
Directions
Lightly spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In large saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Add 5 1/2 cups marshmallows. Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Gradually add in cereal; stirring until well coated. Fold in the remaining 1 cup marshmallows, chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped cashews.
Using rubber spatula, press mixture into prepared pan. Gently press remaining cashew pieces on top.
Cool to room temperature. Cut into bars.
