| 6 | chicken tenders |
| 1 | cup flour |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1½ | cups PLANTERS® Whole Cashews, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon Italian seasoning |
| 1 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons chopped Italian parsley, if desired |
| Dipping sauces, if desired |
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet.
Pat dry chicken tenders. In medium bowl place the flour. In separate medium bowl whisk eggs. In another medium bowl, mix together cashews, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Coat each chicken tender first in flour, then eggs, then cashew spice mixture. Place coated tenders on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve garnished with parsley and dipping sauces if desired.
