2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups PLANTERS® dry roasted peanuts, finely chopped
1 pound cake, cut into bize-size cubes

Directions

  1. In bowl, place powdered sugar. Add milk, whisking, until mixture is a thin drizzling consistency; whisk in vanilla.

  2. In shallow dish, place chopped peanuts. Line a sheet pan or tray with waxed paper.

  3. Dip 1 pound cake cube in frosting and roll cube in peanuts; place on wax paper to dry. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
