Easy Rice Side Dishes 
Makes: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
1 can (10 oz.) chicken broth

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained

1/2 cup currants

1/2 cup PLANTERS Cashews

2 tsp. ground cumin

1-1/2 cups orange juice

1/2 cup TACO BELLĀ® HOME ORIGINALSĀ® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1 cup water

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted

1/2 cup frozen corn

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

2 tsp. ground cumin

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked



INSTRUCTIONS
Then follow our 3 simple steps:



Bring liquid to a boil in a large saucepan; remove from heat.

Stir in rice, add-ins and seasoning; cover. Let stand 10 min.

Fluff with a fork before serving.
