NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on January 10, 2005 through April 3, 2005, visit www.planters.com, click on the “Better Cooking With Planters® Sweepstakes” link and follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter. Limit one entry per registered user per day.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 11, 2005 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promotions.com, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

3. PRIZE & MAXIMUM RETAIL VALUE (MRV): One (1) Grand Prize: A “better-for-you” cooking session for up to 8 including a Gourmet Meal prepared by Chef Jean-Pierre in winner’s home (MRV: $784) and a 9-piece stainless steel cookware set from All-Clad (ARV: $539.99). Gourmet Meal will consist of an appetizer, main course and dessert (each containing a Planters product). Meal will be altered if any person attending the cooking session has a nut allergy. All food, beverages (non-alcoholic) and dinnerware will be provided for the cooking session. Maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,323.99. Winner must have a 4-burner stove with oven available for Chef Jean-Pierre’s use or prize will be forfeited. Cooking session must take place by April 3, 2006, and is subject to Chef Jean-Pierre’s availability. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

4. GENERAL RULES: Open to residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (Sponsor), Promotions.com, Inc., Chef Jean-Pierre Cooking School, All-Clad, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the judges reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.

5. WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the winner, available after May 10, 2005, send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: Better Cooking with Planters Sweepstakes Winner, P.O. Box 1830, Elgin, IL 60121-1830 for receipt by April 11, 2005.
