1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on May 3, 2004 through August 1, 2004, visit www.planters.com, click on the “Healthy Cooking Sweepstakes” link and follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter. Limit one entry per registered user per day.
2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 9, 2004 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promotions.com, Inc, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. Grand Prize winner’s guest must also timely complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs): (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two to Fort Lauderdale, FL to attend the Chef Jean-Pierre Cooking School. Trip consists of roundtrip coach class air travel for two from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Fort Lauderdale; 4 days/3 nights accommodations at the Pelican Beach Resort (one room; double occupancy); and two classes per day for two days for two at the Chef Jean-Pierre Cooking School. ARV: $2,784. (3) First Prizes: a 9-piece stainless steel cookware set from All-Clad. ARV: $700. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $4,884. Actual value of Grand Prize will depend on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Grand Prize winner and guest must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize trip must be taken by September 1, 2005 or the prize will automatically be forfeited. Travel is at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitutions or transfers of prizes by winners permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prizes.
4. GENERAL RULES: Open to residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (Sponsor), Promotions.com, Inc., Chef Jean-Pierre Cooking School, All-Clad, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the judges reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination.
