1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on May 3, 2004 through August 1, 2004, visit www.planters.com, click on the “Healthy Cooking Sweepstakes” link and follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter. Limit one entry per registered user per day.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 9, 2004 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promotions.com, Inc, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. Grand Prize winner’s guest must also timely complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release.
